We are working with a rapidly growing Patient Services Provider to appoint a VP of Product Management to help them grow their Product Management function.

Day to day, the VP will work closely with the CPO to steer their product vision and help build a high-performing Product team. This PE-backed 600-employee Healthtech Co serves 80 of the top pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies and helps patients navigate the complexities of reimbursement and reducing time to treatment.

We are seeking a seasoned Product Leader with extensive experience working on products that serve the patient journey and improve their experience.

Key skills required:

• 10+ years of product management or consulting experience working with patient access programs or healthcare technology.
• 5+ years of proven leadership, managing and growing a strong PM team whilst developing senior-level Product leaders.
• Have led the build and execution of a multi-year product strategy based on a growing company’s vision.
• A strong understanding of common challenges in the specialty patient journey.
• Point of view on how technology can help solve patient access challenges.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing new specialty programs that meet or exceed patient support program objectives.
• Deep knowledge of specialty pharmaceutical products from both the patient, provider and payer perspective.
• Strong understanding of patient access industry trends and drug reimbursement models.
• Strong understanding of provider workflow challenges and needs.

They are a fully remote team across the US with flexible working hours.

The salary for this role is circa $230k-$260k with a 15-25% bonus.
