We are working with a series A FinTech Co that raised a $40M round and they are looking to hire multiple Senior Product Managers.

They have been going from strength to strength and are looking for 3 experienced Product Managers to own their lending, enterprise, and cross-product offerings.

Due to the ongoing success of their products, they need a strong all-around Product Manager to roll up their sleeves and continue the growth of their product offering as well as identify new features and opportunities to enhance their suite of products.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with the Head of Product to set the strategic product vision.
• Evaluating the competitive landscape for their core products including product features, pricing, sales avenues, etc.
• Leveraging your experience in the FinTech industry to take products from 0-1.
• Overseeing performance metrics to identify opportunities for further growth.
• Carry out product discovery with consumers and customers to drive innovation within existing products and identify new opportunities.

They are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working across the full end-end of product management.
• A proven track record of taking products from concept to launch
• Is an experienced Product Manager who enjoys working in a startup environment.
• Has experience working in the FinTech or credit union markets.
• Excellent communication skills and can work cross-department and able to represent the voice of the customer within the business.

They are paying $140k-$170k + bonus and equity
