We are working with a 150-person, PE-backed SaaS company that builds software for non-profits and they are looking for a Director of Product Management who will own and scale the Product Management function and work across their suite of products.

This role reports to the CPO and the Director will inherit a team of 5 PMs to lead and develop.

This person will split their time between day-to-day management and development of their team, improving the product management practice across the organization, and working closely with customers to improve their offering.

Their technology supports a wide range of non-profit organizations and their product offerings include donor management, fundraising, accounting, CRM, reporting, marketing, etc.

Key skills required:

• 7-10 years of Product Management experience from PM through to Director level.
• Have built and led teams of Product Managers (they have 5 today and are growing).
• Strong experience across the entire Product Management lifecycle (product strategy, customer discovery, execution, etc.).
• Experience in managing products from inception to launch and have enhanced existing product lines.
• Experience building non-profit and/or accounting software.
• Experience in setting up best Product Management practices within the organization.
• Have worked in start-up to mid-size companies (they are 150 employees today).

The company has a fully remote workforce across the USA so this role can be performed anywhere in the USA but the individual must be comfortable working PST hours.

The salary for this role is circa $180k-$200k + bonus
