We are working with a rapidly growing LegalTech company that wants to appoint a Head of Product Management to help them scale the Product Management function and establish the practice across the business.

Day to day, the Head of Product will report to the Chief Experience Officer and the wider Senior Leadership team to steer their product vision to align with their ambitious goals and help build a high-performing Product team. This person will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of technology-enabled solutions for the legal industry, addressing complex challenges in contract management, compliance legal administration, and eDiscovery.

They currently employ approximately 600 people globally and generate £200M in annual revenue.

We are looking for a seasoned Product Leader with experience in taking a company through various phases of growth and transformation.

Key skills required:

  • 10+ years of product management experience building and growing products at scale.
  • 5+ years of proven leadership, managing and growing a strong PM team.
  • Proven experience building, launching, and scaling successful products from 0 to 1 and revenue growth at similar sized organizations (500-1000 employees).
  • Have led the build and execution of a multi-year product strategy based on a similar sized company’s vision.
  • A strong understanding of the legal industry and the challenges it faces and the possible solutions for these.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Transformational Product Leadership taking an organization with mature products from being services led to product led.
  • Proven leadership and management experience whilst working on a global team and scale.

They are a global employer, however, this role is a hybrid one, and the candidate will be expected to work from time to time in their London office alongside many of their Senior Leadership team.

The salary for this role is circa £200k per annum with a 25% bonus based on company performance/objectives.
