We are working with a rapidly growing Series B SaaS Cybersecurity company to appoint a VP of Product Management who will help them scale the Product Management function and the business.

Day to day, the VP will work closely with the CTO and CEO to steer their product vision to align with their ambitious goals and help build a high-performing Product team. The Product team consists of a Director of Product and 3 other PMs and all of these will report to the VP.

The company has a strong and growing customer base including companies like OpenAI, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and DataDog.

We are looking for a seasoned Product Leader with experience in taking a company through various phases of growth (series A/B/C/D).

Key skills required:

• 8+ years of product management experience building and growing products at scale.
• 3+ years of proven leadership, managing and growing a strong PM team whilst developing senior-level Product leaders.
• Proven experience building, launching, and scaling successful products from 0 to 1 at a product-led 50-500 people-sized organization.
• Have led the build and execution of a multi-year product strategy based on a growing company’s vision.
• A track record of identifying new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscape.
• Enjoy working in a start-up environment and can learn and adapt quickly.
• B2B SaaS experience and cybersecurity/compliance experience are major pluses.

They are a fully remote team across the US with flexible working hours.

The salary for this role is circa $230k-$270k with a 10% bonus and generous equity.
