We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a series C, growth equity-backed green industry/home services software company!

Their technology provides an all-in-one business management solution used by green industry professionals all across North America. The green industry is evolving and this software is revolutionizing the way field services operate and develop their businesses, bringing an age-old industry into the modern world. They are a $10M ARR business working towards $20M and in the coming years, $100M.

This role would be best suited to someone with experience in the green, fieldwork or home services industries. This person will be an integral part of the Product Management team working cross-functionally with other teams to drive growth for the company.

This role will report to the VP of Product.

Key skills required:

• Experienced Product manager with 4+ years working on a technology-powered product.
• 4+ years experience working on B2B SaaS products or CRM products, working across the product management life-cycle.
• Have successfully taken products from inception to launch.
• Strong customer discovery skills, refining problems, and discovering the right solutions.
• Familiar with acting as a 2nd in command to the product lead, taken the initiative or mentored other members of the team on best product practices.

They have a fully remote team across the USA but would prefer candidates in the following locations; Atlanta, SF Bay Area, Vancouver, and Seattle.

The salary range for this role in the US is $170,000 to $185,000 USD + equity.
