New Senior Product Manager role!

HealthTech B2B SaaS Co (180 people, $40M ARR, Remote USA)

Producto has partnered with a healthcare technology company looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help shape and grow its medical imaging software platform.

This role offers end-to-end product ownership, combining upstream product strategy and discovery with downstream GTM and pricing responsibilities.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience owning B2B software products across the full product lifecycle, from market research and customer discovery through to launch, adoption, and growth.

• Experience taking products from 1-10, and achieving substantial growth after finding PMF.

• A background in healthcare software, specifically within medical imaging, PACS, RIS, DICOM or clinical workflow solutions.

• Experience defining product strategy, identifying market opportunities, prioritising roadmaps and translating customer needs into product requirements.

• A strong track record of partnering with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to support product launches, positioning, pricing, adoption and commercial growth.

• A hands-on, commercially minded Product Manager who enjoys working closely with engineering and customers to solve complex problems.

Any experience with ultrasound, structured reporting, or AI-enabled healthcare products would be very interesting for this customer too!

Location – Remote USA (Eastern or Central time zones only)

Compensation – $160k – $175K + 10% bonus
