New Director of Product role – AI Native Infrastructure Co!

We are looking for a Director of Product to build and scale an enterprise AI platform focused on one of the industry’s fastest-growing areas:

AI trust, governance, and model evaluation.

This is the kind of role where you’ll be defining market strategy, working alongside engineering, influencing customers, and helping shape the future of responsible AI!

We’re looking for someone who has:

👉 Built enterprise-scale AI products.
👉 Owned and driven product strategy and roadmaps.
👉 A deep understanding of AI/ML concepts (model evals, bias and reliability testing, LLMs, benchmarking, RAG, agents, etc.).
👉 Experience selling into an enterprise or government customer base.
👉 The ability to influence at the executive level (internally and externally).

Compensation – $210k-$225k (there may be some flex on this) + Bonus + Equity

Location – Austin (TX), Washington (DC), Virginia (VA) or the Bay Area (CA) (hybrid 3 days a week in the office)
