This company is poised to double its headcount in Q1 (from 25 to circa 50), and this is a role where you’ll be taking over the ownership and growth of the Product Management organization from one of its Founders.

😊 They are not building for Enterprise customers or SMBs; their customers are mid-market. Less custom work and more PLG.

So, what experience do you need to be suitable for this opportunity?

✅ 8+ years of experience in PM, across the full lifecycle (strategy and delivery). Ideally, you are a seasoned Series A or B Product Leader (1st or early Product hire) who knows what it takes to build a successful business.

✅ Strong experience hiring and developing PMs. You’ll inherit a couple of people and will have the freedom to hire additional PMs in 2026 to achieve your goals.

✅ Extensive experience establishing a Product Management org (including Design) and setting best practices.

✅ A strong track record in driving higher retention or LTV and affecting retention/churn is a key part of their continued growth. You’ll need to have strong experience in this area too.

✅ Experience of the Shopify ecosystem is strongly preferred, or strong e-commerce/B2B SaaS exposure.

✅ Any experience working for experimentation/optimization platforms or product-led SaaS companies known for design quality would be highly desirable.

💵 Compensation – $200k – $250k + equity

🏣 Location – They have a team in the NY area, and ideally, we’d like to find a candidate in this area, but we will also consider strong candidates who can work remotely across the USA.
