We are working with a rapidly scaling B2B/B2C SaaS company that is looking for a Director of Product Management who will own and scale their Product Management and Design function.

This role reports to the CEO and this Director will inherit a team of 10 (PMs and Designers) to lead, develop, and grow!

This person will split their time between day-to-day management and development of their team, improving the product management practice across the organization, and working closely with customers to improve their offering to market.

Key skills required:

• 7-10 years of Product Management experience from PM through to Director level.
• Have built and led teams of Product Managers and Designers (5-10 direct reports).
• Strong experience across the entire Product Management lifecycle (product strategy, customer discovery, execution, etc.).
• Experience managing products from inception to launch and have enhanced existing product lines.
• Experience building best-in-class B2C SaaS products.
• Strong PLG experience and have implemented best practices to help a business scale.
• Experience in setting up best Product Management practices within the organization.
• Prior experience working in scrappy start-up to mid-size company-type environments.

The company has a fully remote workforce across the USA so this role can be performed anywhere in the USA.

The compensation for this role is circa $200k-$250k + bonus + equity
