We are working with a highly successful PE-backed Data Analytics company that is looking to appoint a VP of Product Management who will help them continue to scale the Product Management function and the business.

This company generates approximately $45M ARR, employs 200 people across the USA and Europe and they are backed by a $20BN private equity firm.

Day to day, the VP will work closely with the CEO to steer their product vision to align with their ambitious goals and help build a high-performing Product team. The Product team today consists of 3 PMs and all of these will report to the VP. These 3 PMs work with 3 squads and this person will be responsible for ensuring that they ship at the right pace and collaborating effectively.

This person will also be spending a lot of their time carrying out competitor analysis, understanding their customers, and obtaining competitive intelligence. They will be driving innovation within the business and product suite and thinking about what the business should be building next.

We are looking for an aspirational, super smart, high-caliber Product Professional who wants to take on the challenge of taking this business from $45M to $100M+ ARR in the coming years.

Key skills and background required:

• 7+ years of product management experience building and growing data intelligence products at scale.
• Proven leadership, hiring, managing, and nurturing strong PM teams in a fast-paced, high-growth early-stage start-up.
• Experience developing highly successful products with ML models.
• Have led the build and execution of a multi-year product strategy based on a growing company’s vision.
• A proven track record of identifying new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscape.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university (Yale, Harvard, Princeton, MIT, etc).
• Experience working in PropTech, short-term rental, or Analytics companies is a major plus.
• Deep empathy for customers and a passion for creating solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.

They are a fully remote business across the USA with flexible working hours, so this role can be located anywhere across the USA. They have a preference for candidates in the NY area so this person can work closely with their senior stakeholders, but it is not essential.

The salary for this role is circa $250k-$300k with a 25% bonus and generous equity.
