Some Product Management roles are only about optimisation, whereas this one is about building an entirely new business line!

We’re partnering with a high-growth vertical SaaS company that’s looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a brand-new AI and Voice product from the ground up.

You’ll be taking ownership of a 0-1 product where you’ll define the strategy, shape the commercial model, work closely with Engineering and Design, and bring AI-powered customer experiences to market!

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable operating across product, technology, and commercial decisions.

The ideal background for this role looks like this:

• Voice AI or conversational AI experience (building products in this space).
• VoIP, telephony or communications product management experience.
• Strong experience in healthcare or vertical SaaS.
• You’ve worked on integration-heavy products and APIs.
• You’ve built new products (0-1) and had real commercial ownership.

This is one of those rare opportunities where you’ll genuinely own the success of the product, rather than just manage a backlog.

We expect there will be scope for this role to evolve over time into a General Manager type position as this VoiceAI offering grows.

The role is fully remote across the USA.

Compensation for this role is $160k–$180k base salary range + 20% bonus.
