We’ve partnered with a well-funded Series A MIT spin-off to hire a Senior Product Manager to help them continue building the next generation of digital manufacturing technology.

The company sits at the intersection where automation engineering, computational design, and polymer science meet and they design and manufacture highly customizable materials and products for some of the biggest brands in cosmetics and fashion globally.

The Product Manager will be working with the Director of Product and will take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap. They’ll spend time conducting customer and market research whilst laying the product management foundations so the organization can scale rapidly and successfully.

This role would suit someone who has a track record of establishing and maintaining best-in-class product management processes and operating successfully in early-stage companies.

Key skills and experience required:

• Experienced Product Manager (2-3 years experience)
• Experience working with physical goods rather than just software
• Working with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Operations, etc.)
• Enjoys working in a start-up environment.
• Capable of leading and executing the full Product Management lifecycle.

Experience of 3D printing technology or manufacturing environment experience is a bonus, but not essential.

They have an office based in Medford, MA and they operate a hybrid working environment (3-4 days a week in office).

The salary for this role is circa $110k-$130k + bonus + equity.
